Truffles are the new Black

As part of my life is constant creation I have created the ultimate chocolate experience that makes my Chocolate Evil look bland (well not quiet...)

Truffles - they completely rock, are addictive (sorry about that) and beyond satisfying

Truffles are the new Black

I'm Back!

Hey Groovers,

Back in town and re-opening August 1st.

Send you order to me through the internet (www.aliveandwild.com) or text and I will have it ready for you to pick up or if you want, send it out.

Stay warm!

Closing the Kitchen June 24 - July 20

I am closing the Kitchen while I travel to Sedona for the Teacher Training of Drunvalo Melchizedek's Living in the Heart.
Last day is Friday 24th, so if you need anything let me know.

I will return July 20th with lots of new and yummy ideas.

I will be doing a weekly box that will have many Living Live Raw Essentials and Treats to get you through the week. It will be available to pick up or be sent to Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, and the end of July, early August, I will be starting to have available some of my classes online - more closer to the time, but something to get excited about.

Finally, you can now like us on Facebook as Alive and Wild.

Stay warm Groovers

Jicama rocks

Hey Groovers,

Finally found some Jicama at the local markets yesterday - LOVE LOVE

Hopefully we can get more as its the yummiest thing ever. I made a 'potato' salad with it and stuffed an organic tomato - so fresh and light

Get some sun lovers!

Merry Easter

Venus Chocolate:

MacaXtreme, Bee Pollen, Rose

Hey Groovers

Happy 5 days off! (hopefully)

After you overdose on 'regular' chocolate - go to our Living Live Raw Chocolate in the Alive and Wild online shop and get a real fix.

Better still, learn how to make it yourself with our upcoming class in the Alive and Wild kitchen in Byron Bay.
The class will be hands on, so it will be fun, informative and you will get to take home something you have created.
Go to www.aliveandwild.com classes and check it out.

Meanwhile, relax, tune in, turn on, drop out...
